Welcome to the Open Mind Soc Blog!

Here at Open Mind wellbeing is paramount and we strive to support our members. We do this by running regular wellbeing events where we provide a safe space to speak openly about mental health and take time out for yourself. We also run events to educate others and raise awareness of mental health on campus and beyond. For those who need some extra support, we signpost them to the relevant services or professionals on campus. We create resources for students such as mindfulness packs and we use our blog here as a platform to speak out about mental health, raise discussion and post feedback from our events!
