About

 University life can be hectic and daunting at times. Trying to juggle the balls of work, social life, fitness schedule and erm... some sort of love life is tough.  A lot of people tend to forget about self-care,  and I believe it carries such a necessary component in this head-turning, maze running, a thing I call life, as time and time again we forget that we are just humans, not robotic machines. 


This is what inspired me to launch this project and create a wellness blog. It will be a mixed bag of useful tips and tricks to help you manage your workload, relax and look after your mental and physical wellbeing. 


I also wanted to shed light on people with different mental illnesses and how they coped through University.
